Intelligent environments designed around the way you actually live. Not technology layered onto a home — technology grown inside it.
The finest intelligent home is the one you never consciously operate. The lights respond. The climate shifts. The scene changes as the evening deepens. And the technology becomes indistinguishable from the way the space feels.
Most automation is installed. At Luminae, it is designed — around your daily rhythms, your aesthetic, the particular quality of life you are building toward.
The most technically complex architectural lighting installation in Cyprus at the time of completion. 2,500 DMX channels. A building transformed into a living surface of light, visible from the marina.
DALI lighting and RGBW — an atmosphere tuned to make every dish look the way the chef intends.
"The light was never in the fixtures. It was always in the decisions made before they were chosen."
Each discipline is offered as a complete service or as part of an integrated whole. For the most considered projects, every system is designed together — because the home that works is the one where nothing competes.
Atmospheric, circadian-aware lighting designed around how each room is lived in — from architectural concept to final commissioning.
Fully designed — not merely installed. KNX systems programmed around the occupant's life, not the technical specification.
Seamlessly integrated audio-visual and security systems that disappear into the architecture — present when needed, invisible when not.
HVAC, underfloor heating, and shading integrated into a single intelligent envelope — comfortable, efficient, and completely considered.
My father had taken me to the theatre. The final scene: a living room on stage, an artificial fire, warm sconces, candles. And I sat completely still, convinced I was in that room. Then the main lights came on, and in an instant, the room was gone.
The magic was never in the furniture. It was entirely, completely, in the light.
I founded Luminae after more than a decade designing and commissioning KNX automation, intelligent lighting, AV, and surveillance systems for premium residential and commercial clients. I bring one thing that is rare in this field: I think like a lighting designer and an engineer simultaneously.
Which means I can be at the table from the beginning — not called when the walls are already closed.
Tell me about the project. The earlier in the process, the better — because the most important decisions about light and intelligence are made before anything is built.
